Perfect for Cocktail Hours

Experience a classy cocktail hour at our venue, where a formal banquet server can assist in passing your hors’ d oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages, while our experienced bartenders can mix and serve cocktails. You can also rent up to 88 feet of a Hollywood-style red carpet to make your guests feel extra special upon arrival.

Our round tables can comfortably fit up to 10 chairs and white table cloths are included.

Banquet Chairs

Our banquet chairs come with white polyester chair covers.  A spandex upgrade is also available & pictured here.

Rectangular Tables

Rectangular tables are available for your bridal party, the quinceañera's damas and chambelanes, food stations, a candy bar, gift table, and anything else in between! Black linens are provided for the buffet, or you may bring in your own as shown in the above left image.

Uplighting

Uplighting creates an intimate and classy ambiance. We provide 20 LED up-lights and 9 floor-to-ceiling LED columns throughout the venue coordinated to the color-theme of your event.

Liven up our dance floor at your party with a live performer or some added theatrics. Pictured here is a quinceañera using a CO2 cannon (just be sure to ask if we'd require insurance from any entertainers). With our 27 dimmable chandeliers and wall sconces, you can set a variety of atmospheres from vibrant and joyful to romantic and intimate.

Bartender/ Open Liquor Policy

Where Affordability Meets Creativity 

You may bring in your own beverages and create your own drink menu. Or, you may let one of our bartenders add some creativity to your event and create their own cocktails. While we are flexible with our open vendor policy, we do require that you select one of our bartenders to serve the alcoholic beverages that you bring in. Because we already have the required licenses and certifications on file, this makes the booking process that much easier for you, by simply hiring a bartender from one of the two companies on our Vendors List. If you are unsure of how much alcohol you will need for your guests, you may also enlist the help of either company and they will be more than happy to assist you!

Audio/Visual Equipment

Skip Hiring a DJ with Our Equipment

Our sound equipment offers convenience, affordability, and avoids the cost(s) incurred with hiring a DJ. All you have to do is simply connect your smartphone or laptop! If you are hiring a DJ, he or she is welcome to use the equipment we have, or they may bring in their own! We also offer two wireless, handheld microphones and a projector with a large screen for rent.
