SAFETY AT YOUR VENUE
Each year, we look forward to connecting with our clients and hosting their event, but due to COVID-19, we needed to prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved in the process of organizing these events. It was with enormous disappointment that we had to take the initiative to postpone many events as it was not only a moral imperative, but a logical one. If you had an event booked with us and have not yet contacted us in regards to rescheduling, please check your email! Many were sent out earlier this year in regards to what the next step will be. If you have a preexisting booking for later this year and have concerns regarding COVID-19, please send us an email as soon as possible. We are here to help!

We are taking extraordinary measures and precautions to provide a safe environment for your special day. EPA approved cleaning products specifically for use against SARS-CoV-2 and other emerging pathogens are used to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces before, during, and after every event according to the CDC's guidelines. This includes: doorknobs, tables, chairs, restrooms, and countertops.
Our staff partakes in regular temperature checks and we require that staff and vendors wear a mask at all times. Sanitizer stations and floor stickers reminding everyone to practice social distancing are placed throughout the venue and we will take the temperature of every guest entering the venue before your event. We recommend that guests practice good hygiene by frequently washing their hands and if any guests feel ill, have a cough, or have been exposed to anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID, it is advised that couples encourage these individuals to not attend the event.
CHANGES TO YOUR EVENT
As many of you may know by now, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that Florida has entered phase 3 of its reopening process. Capacity restrictions have been lifted, but it is required that all guests in attendance of these events wear a mask as social distancing cannot be observed at all times. "The order still calls for older residents and vulnerable populations with underlying medical conditions to heed caution and avoid large crowds while practicing social distancing."
If you would like to reschedule your event because you cannot reduce your guest-count, or for any other reason related to COVID-19, the offer of crediting your payment to another date is valid for one (1) year from the initial date booked. For example, if you received an email regarding the option of postponing your event on April 15, 2020, you must contact us and reschedule to a date that precedes April 15, 2021.
TOURING THE VENUE
We remain committed to our clients and community, therefore we are requiring that face coverings be worn throughout the duration of all tours. Please follow social distancing guidelines and respect the personal space of our associates. To further prevent the spread of the virus and make this experience as contactless as possible, emails will be sent to those requesting information about our event package rather than our typical pamphlet given at the end of a tour. It is also preferred that reservations occur via email and payments are made online or via Zelle.
